As I have 20km to do tomorrow I was to take it easy on my 10km today. Plus my hamstring has pulled tight again and I didnt want to push it.
So easy it was....slow and steady. Hamstring pulled from time to time and it didn't make too much difference even with adjusting my body position.
But it was nice to gently swing along at a nice easy pace and enjoy the walk. Something that I very much need to start doing again.
1:02:06 avg pace of 6:13 and a nice low heart rate of avg 142
